COLD Temperatures

Closure

• If school is closed for sub zero temperatures and wind chills, Spartan Kids Club will plan to be OPEN.  

  1. 1. Spartan Kids Club will be open all day (6:00am-6:00pm) for kids that are ALREADY ENROLLED in the program.

     2. The full day rate of $43 will apply.

     3. Kids will need to bring a bag lunch and beverage.

LATE START

• If school starts late due to cold, then Spartan Kids Club will open at 6:00am.

SNOW or Ice

Closure

• If school is closed due to snow or ice making the roads impassable, Spartan Kids Club will be CLOSED. 

LATE START

• If school starts late due to snow or ice making the roads impassable, then Spartan Kids Club will open at 9:00am.

EARLY DISMISSAL

after school activities canceled

• If school is dismissed early and/or all after school activities are canceled, Spartan Kids Club will remain open for 1 hour after school dismissal. 

**Spartan Kids Club parents are encouraged to pick up their children as soon as possible after school dismisses.

**Spartan Kids Club Staff will remain on-site until all children are picked up.
