Online payments through Infinite Campus Parent Portal are preferred and strongly encouraged; there is no fee for this service.

Check and cash payments are accepted. Please pay a Spartan Kids Club staff member directly (a receipt will be issued at the time of payment).

Families receiving child care assistance must provide written verification from the financial agency prior to registration in the program.

Credit WILL NOT be given when a child is absent, arrives late or is picked up early.
Account credit WILL ONLY be given for:
Program Closures due to: observed holidays, teacher inservice days, inclement weather, emergencies, or unforseen circumstances.
Long-term illness that extends beyond one week. Medical documentation may be required for verification purposes.
