Collaboration
Collaboration is important in the development of social work education. In Vietnam, as elsewhere, collaboration occurs on many levels for different purposes – such as the development of educational standards, sharing curriculum, development of research, and the organization of joint training efforts.
SWEEP aims to improve our partner universities’ ability to collaborate among each other and with other universities in Vietnam. Since there is a national effort in Vietnam to organize social work education, we have included training from the staff of the California Social Work Education Center (CalSWEC), the nation’s largest state coalition of social work educators and practitioners, in all of our Leadership and Faculty Academies. The training addresses processes and methods to organize stakeholders and decision making about curriculum, educational standards, and workforce development.

Hợp tác
Hợp tác rất quan trọng trong việc phát triển giáo dục CTXH. Ở Việt Nam, cũng như ở bất kỳ nơi đâu, hợp tác diễn ra ở nhiều cấp độ khác nhau vì những mục đích khác nhau – ví dụ như xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn đào tạo, chia sẻ chương trình đào tạo, phát triển nghiên cứu, và tổ chức các nỗ lực tập huấn chung.
Mục tiêu của SWEEP là nâng cao năng lực hợp tác của các đại học đối tác với nhau cũng như với các đại học khác ở Việt Nam. Vì ở Việt Nam đang có một nỗ lực quốc gia nhằm tổ chức đào tạo CTXH, chúng tôi có mời cán bộ của Trung tâm Đào tạo CTXH California (CalSWEC), một liên minh các nhà đào tạo và thực hành CTXH của bang lớn nhất trên toàn quốc đến trình bày trong chương trình tập huấn dành cho lãnh đạo và giảng viên. Phần trình bày của CalSWEC bao gồm tiến trình và các phương pháp để tổ chức các bên liên quan và đưa ra các quyết định về chương trình, các tiêu chuẩn đào tạo và phát triển nguồn lực.
