To complete registration for the 2016-2017 school year, please read and complete the following. New families please complete enrollment first.

  • Middle School Agreement Form 2016 (After the handbook/changes have been read, please submit one form per middle school student to agree to the Family Commitment and Technology Acceptable Use Policy)

  • Dignity and Respect Policy Form (After the handbook/changes have been read, please submit one form per middle school student to agree to the Dignity and Respect Policy)
