MS Communication Channels

SBA has as one of our core principals the partnership with parents in the development of the students here at SBA. In order to best serve the students and parents, we have developed several channels of communication to clearly and concisely provide information and conversation with parents.

SBA Websites

- Audience: General public and prospective students

- Content: public announcements, school stats and some event schedules

- Audience: Current SBA Parents

- Content: Silverdale Scoop, all current sports calendars, technical information specifically for parents and how to communicate with administration and teachers.

- Students Portal (http://students.silverdaleba.org) or link here from the Public Site

- Audience: Current SBA Students

- Content: Links to classroom management systems (RenWeb, Edmodo, etc.), technical information specific

to students and links to teacher sites or content.

Classroom Systems

- RenWeb - Primary Schoolwide Management System

- Parents: Grades, student schedules, attendance, financial information including payments, teacher contacts

and lunch information.

- Students: Grades, student schedules, lesson plans, some assignments and lunch information.

- Individual School Classroom Management Systems

- Middle School: Edmodo (http://silverdaleba.edmodo.com) - Classroom assignments, parent communication

and classroom newsletters.

Other SBA Communication Channels
