o 8 regulatory projects within expected timeframes leveraging SOA flexibility

o Performance, interface, reliability, robustness and configuration management improvements

o Document Storage and Retrieval Services

Trained and mentored developers and TSAs in SOA design and practices

Influenced vendor to implement web service to replace bottleneck component of system to improve performance by 400%

Identified and resolved compliance and regulatory breach in Loan Origination application – Avoiding government fines in excess of $10 million

Developed and executed the decision criteria by which RBCC evaluated vendor technology and capabilities, including hosting and integration options

Developed the logical, physical, security and solution architectures, as well as guided implementation of SOA based Documentation Portal providing document tracking, automatic bar coding, indexing and imaging of executed documents

Overall system implemented and integrated with 8 different vendor products was completed and live within 12 months

Provided architecture and consultation on additional projects including teller platform replacement for integration with the new Loan Origination System
