Reading Resources & Help for Ages 11-13

 I promote audiobooks while tracking text (your child has access to many playaways between the three middle school libraries and our local library!).

Book Lists and Recommendations:

We meet with our Gowana librarian, Mrs. Horstmeyer, once a month for book talks.  The kids (and I) greatly look forward to hearing about newly published books and student favorites and record these titles on our To-Be-Read List.  There are many resources to help you and your child find appropriate and engaging books, ex. sites such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Goodreads, Scholastic, Kirkus Reviews (ages 9-11), and Kirkus Reviews for Children's and Teens (ages 12-13).
