A quick look at how the Masterplan Works are progressing:
View from the 7th Floor of the Arts Tower shows how the super-crossing and the approach to it is taking shape.
Work in progress at Ground Level.
Here's the approach to the new cycle crossing on Leavygreave, with the segregated route cleverly tapering off to prevent slipping off if you mis-judge the curve.
There's also a new pedestrian crossing adjacent to the University Arms...
...replacing the highly dangerous one at the bottom of Western Bank.
The route is cleared for the approach to the Upper Hanover Way Crossing.
I always think, where there's a bike "informally" parked, there's a need for some stands.
