About Me

Sitting on top of a 9250 piece puzzle!

This is my 20th year at Wilson and I'm looking forward to it being another great year! I went to Penn State University for my bachelor's degree in mathematics education, Alvernia University for my master's degree in special education, and LaSalle University for my 2nd master's of education degree in classroom communities.

Other than teaching math, I enjoy baking, playing my violin & singing, reading books, doing jigsaw puzzles, playing/watching sports (especially soccer, football, baseball, and tennis), and hanging out with my nieces and nephews (I have 9 of them!).  I also enjoy swimming at the beach and seeing my favorite animal - dolphins.

Every year I try to make time to get to a Penn State football game, a Broadway show in NYC, and a weekend away with my sister.  I have a season's subscription to the Fulton Theater in Lancaster, so musicals are a definite favorite of mine. I live next door to my sister, which is so much fun.  Owning a home means quite a bit of my free time is spent working on projects around the house!
