Staff Not Receiving Messages. If you have selected employees to receive messages in BBConnect and they are NOT recieving them, make sure there is a valid phone number in the H503 panel of AS400. See image below. The H503 panel can only be updated by HR. Employees can update any missing numbers on their own by using their My Information Center (MIC) account and updating their contact information. Any changes made here should be reflected in the call-out file in BBConnect on the following day.
