The intermediate level music classes work at improving their skill at reading rhythms and identifying notes by performing on the recorder and mallet instruments.
Further emphasis on music writing skills begins through simple rhythmic and melodic dictation exercises. Vocal work continues using solfeg to gain a better understanding of the choral music of the church.
