I am very excited to be in my second year teaching Social Studies at Sioux Center Middle School. I look forward to exploring the history of the United States with you and exploring the ways in which the next generation--you--can help lead our country in the future.

Before coming to Sioux Center, I taught middle school Social Studies and Language Arts at Harrisburg South Middle School, in Harrisburg, South Dakota. Before that, I taught Social Studies at Brimm Medical Arts High School, in Camden, New Jersey.

I have a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tulsa, and a Master's of Education from the University of Sioux Falls

I live in Orange City with my wife, Cambria, and my two children, Asher and Adrian.
