PREPLACEMENT

Preplacement sessions consist of ACADEMIC WORK that must be completed prior to starting at your chosen work placement. As well, the completion of FORMS and a WORK EDUCATION AGREEMENT (WEA), that must be signed by yourself, your parents, your placement supervisor and your teacher.

• In consultation with your teacher, you will be provided with a PREPLACEMENT MANUAL via Co-op's digital platform.

FORMS

• FORMS PACKAGE - Available from your teacher - Signatures Required

• WEA (Work Education Agreement) - Available from your teacher - Signatures Required

ALL COMPONENTS OF PREPLACEMENT MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO STARTING AT YOUR PLACEMENT
