High School Adaptive Art

Art is for everyone! My High School Adaptive Art class is always so much fun. We use multiple types of art media and special techniques to make this a successful hour of experimentation and creativity. It is a light in my afternoon to spend the hour with this group of young adults. We have so much fun in this relaxed, low key environment. Everyone should have a class like this to end their day! I am lucky to be a part of it.

This awesome collaborative Mural was done on the first couple days of school last year, 2018-19. I just love how it pulled together in the end to create such a fun, colorful display! The piece is about 8 feet long and 3 feet tall. We love it so much, we may have to make an even larger one for a common area in the school. Great job to Xavier, Roman, Emma and Payton!
