Hello! My name is Carri DuMond. I am originally from River Falls, WI and have my Bachelor of Science in Art Education from UW-River Falls. Since I was just 4 years old I knew I wanted to do something with art or music, as these two subjects have always moved my soul. I am happy to say I have my dream job, here at SCC! Additionally, I am blessed to be the mom to 3 young men, Braeden-24, Elijah-22 and Harper-19, and married to my husband, Jade, for 26 years. I have been teaching 5th-8th grade art, here at SCC, for the past 11 years. In addition to the middle school classes I teach, I also teach an Adaptive Art class for SCC High School. Four years ago, I was so thrilled to get an Art Club started as well and plan to continue that for many years to come. Thank you for all you do to help make these kids our priority! One thing I love about SCC Middle School is that both the staff and parents create a community to do what is best for our students. These children deserve it!

We live in Spring Valley, WI and are active in the productions at Spring Valley Stagehands theater. We have done many plays together. This is an older photo of my family, after a production of Grease, in which Braeden and Elijah had roles.
