Hi, my name is Jill Kaczmarek. I am very excited to be back teaching Fifth Grade this year. I am starting my 14th year of teaching at St. Michael, my 21st year of teaching overall. My teaching experiences have included the grades of Kindergarten, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth Grade and Instructional Coach. I enjoy working with all age groups and have learned so much in all of these teaching experiences.
I grew up in Silver Lake, MN and attended Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Differentiated Instruction from Concordia University in St. Paul.
You might find me biking, running in 5k's, hiking and going for walks in my spare time. I also enjoy working with flowers in floral design, crafting, designing and of course baking. I can't forget that I love to travel. A favorite of mine is Hawaii...I look forward to the next time I get to go back!! I am looking forward to an exciting year in Fifth Grade and the many experiences we will encounter!!
