Weekly HSA Communication
Hi everyone,
Happy November! The HSA is busy working hard for SMS and excited to share with you everything going on this month. Please see below for some important event dates and deadlines:
November 8th: Last day to place an order for the Rockland Bakery Pie & Cake Fundraiser. Please see the attached PDF for the link to view the pies and cakes available, ordering information and pickup details. Thank you to Annie Muscatella for organizing this event!
November 9th: Orders for the Meadow Farms fundraiser are due. All money that your family raises/sells goes to your $200 HSA financial obligation. Any questions, please email Elena Murphy at elena802@aol.com.
November 17th: We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a local business, Dom ToGo, to provide a midweek break from cooking! Please see the attached PDF for details about ordering a Family Take Out Meal and having a portion of the proceeds support the HSA. Thank you to Janet Gendron for coordinating this event!
November 19th: Last day to make a donation for the Virtual Gift Baskets Raffle event to take place in December. Please see the attached PDF for details on how to donate items for the gift baskets, including an HSA wish list on Amazon (don’t forget to order through Amazon Smile and select St. Margaret School HSA as your charity of choice)! Thank you to Andrea O’Connor for coordinating this!
In addition, the highly anticipated 5th Annual Christmas Tree/Wreath Sale will take place the weekends of November 26th, December 3rd and December 10th. There will be freshly cut trees, wreaths decorated by an SMS family, crosses and grave blankets for sale. As many pieces often sell out quickly, if you would like to secure your items, please see the attached pre order form for details on the items available for sale. Please note that all pre order forms must be returned to the SMS Main Office by November 17th. All purchases will go towards your family’s annual obligation and all proceeds will support SMS. Lastly, when buying holiday gift cards this year, please consider purchasing them through the SMS HSA Scrip program! Please see the attached PDF for details on this simple to use ongoing fundraiser for SMS, including order deadlines for November and December.
