Enrichment Class Descriptions

Learning More is Fun!

After students attend an hour of academic tutoring, study group, or homework help, the students extend the learning by taking part in an enrichment class.  These classes make up the last hour of the day and are based on student and teacher interest surveys.  There is a minimum attendance requirement in order to keep all offerings in place.

Students choose the class that they wish to go to each day.  They do not have to commit for a quarter or the week.  Attendance is not required all 4 days of the week.  However, the more each student can attend the better!

Open Gym Sports w/ Ms. Beverly & Mr. Wolfe

Outdoor sports offer students a structured environment in which they can develop all the skills that come along with playing a team sport. Each day students collaborate to create teams and rules for the activity they choose that day. The offerings include basketball and football as well as an opportunity for the students to suggest other outdoor sports they'd like to participate in.
