Meet Ms. Michell

Hello and Welcome!
I’m Ms. Michell, and I’m so excited to be your 2nd grade teacher this year! I graduated from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where I earned certifications in both elementary and special education. With 18 years of teaching experience, I began my career in Washington Township and have spent the last 14 years teaching in Runnemede. I’ve had the privilege of teaching in all three district buildings, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be back at Grace Downing—especially in second grade!

Outside the classroom, I love staying active and seeking new adventures. Some of my favorite hobbies include traveling, boating, hiking, running, biking, and cooking. I also deeply value time spent with family and friends—they keep me inspired and grounded.
