Hello! I am excited to begin my 18th year of teaching at Gattis Elementary! I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and am proud to call myself a fourth generation Texan. My family is very important to me, and we spend lots of time together. I have five sisters, four brothers, and twenty-three nieces and nephews! I received my bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from St. Edward's University, and my graduate degree in Education from Texas State University. I have always known I wanted to be a teacher, and I am continually amazed at what my students bring to the classroom!
