2025-26 School Year Information. Please click the link the represents the class you are signed up for to obtain all required information for the upcoming school year including uniform order,sports physical requirements, and important dates
*Important Dates-
August 7th 2025 is the required Football Parent Meeting Located in the Cedar Valley Cafeteria from 5pm-6pm (all information for the upcoming season will be discussed at this meeting)
August 11th 2025 (Football Equipment Pick Up Day). Required by all players to attend in order to receive lockers, equipment, uniforms, etc. for the upcoming season. All required forms and documents are required to be completed prior to this date, or no items will be issued. Players are welcome to attend alone if all prior requirements are submitted, or with parents assistance. Time slots are listed below:
8th grade 9-11am, 7th grade 1:00-3:00pm. You must have all forms turned in including ONLINE FORMS. If you miss your assigned time you must wait until the first day of school to get your equipment.

2024-25 School Year Football Information and Requirements-
Summary of REQUIRED paperwork for participation in the Cedar Valley Athletics Class:
Parent/Athlete Contact Info and Rules Consent Google Form (Filled Out and signed by Parent and Student.) Due June 1st 2024
*Please note that this is a company outside of RRISD and they do not offer refunds as it states on their homepage. CeVMS will not offer refunds as the funds are paid directly to Gandy Ink and not to Cedar Valley.
Physical Form (Filled Out by Medical Personnel.) Due August 1st or the students schedule will be changed out of Athletics/Football into PE. RRHS is offering $20 physicals on May 20th from 5-7pm for all RRISD students. See attachment here:

Players who fail to complete all action items by the deadlines will be removed from the Cedar Valley Athletics class for the 2024-25 school year

2024-25 School Year Soccer Tryouts-
7th & 8th grade soccer tryouts will be TBD April 2025.
7th & 8th grade soccer tryouts will be after school from 3:45-5:30 PM. To be considered for the team, athletes must attend both days of tryouts. All athletes must sign up to tryout via the google form below, and have a physical on file with the coaching staff along with all RankOne online forms completed: Links for completing all required forms are below.
