Erin Van Beek
Hello! My name is Erin Van Beek. I received my undergraduate degree in the area of learning disabilities at Winona State and my master's degree in reading literacy at St. Mary's. This 2018-2019 school marks my 13th year of teaching. My role at Riverway focuses on the success of every student, particularly those that have an IEP. I especially enjoy guiding all of our secondary students as they prepare for their lives after high school. At home, I have a husband Paul, a son Preston (age 8), and a daughter Elliana (age 5). In my free time I enjoy exercising and doing anything outdoors, especially camping, biking, and hunting. Most recently I have taken up the challenge of bow hunting. I also like to scrapbook, read, and being a volunteer firefighter in Goodview.
