Once you have completed the Intake Form, you will be contacted to book in, or to be placed on the Wait List (for either the next available psychologist or the psychologist you have requested).
I am aware that we are experiencing unprecendented demand for mental health services, and I accept that there may be a wait time to see my psychologist.
I understand also that due to the demand, admin support at Ripple Psychology is under significant pressure, and that most frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding availability, fees, rebates, bookings and most other topics can be answered immediately by consulting the website.
I am aware that Ripple Psychology is not a bulk billing service, and that the standard fee is $255, which is significantly lower than the recommended fee of $330.
I am aware that I may be eligible for rebates through private health (if my insurer covers psychology) or through Medicare (if my doctor has referred me).
I have read the information on the website regarding Covid safety and the advice to elect for telehealth psychology where appropriate.
I accept the booking and cancellation policies of Ripple Psychology, and will notify if I am unable to keep an appointment.
