The full cost for comprehensive assessment and diagnostic report is $2145 including GST, and includes a full cognitive assessment. The process has three stages, requiring two assessment sessions of two hours duration each, and a final one hour summary and feedback session, all usually completed in three to four weeks. In certain circumstances we may be able to expedite the process to two weeks - please advise if there is some urgency.
Session one is 1 hour and the fee of $715 must be prepaid (in one or more installments) prior to the session.

Comprehensive Learning Assessment: $2600
Ripple Psychology offers comprehensive learning assessments for both children and adults, conducted by our Clinical Psychologist, Max Mack. Learning assessments are designed to clarify an individual’s cognitive profile, learning strengths, and areas of difficulty that may be impacting academic, occupational, or everyday functioning. Assessments are available for individuals aged six years and above.
The full cost of a comprehensive learning assessment and written report is $2600 (including GST). This includes a full cognitive assessment and, where indicated, academic achievement testing. The assessment process consists of four stages and is typically completed within three to four weeks. In some circumstances, the process may be expedited to approximately two weeks; please advise if there is time sensitivity.
Assessment structure and fees
Session One – 1 hour
Initial assessment and information gathering. This session focuses on background history, current concerns, and preliminary assessment measures.

Cognitive assessment conducted with the child. Fee is $585.
Session Three – 2 hours
Further assessment focusing on learning, attention, executive functioning, and academic skills (e.g. reading, writing, spelling, mathematics), where indicated.

Session Four – 1 hour feedback session
A detailed feedback and summary session where Max explains the assessment results, answers questions, and works through the report collaboratively with you.

Outcomes and recommendations
Following the assessment, a comprehensive written report is provided. The report includes:
