Meet Mrs. Adams

Hello and welcome! This will be my 18th year of teaching and 11th year at RHS. Although I was a rival Castle Rock Rocket for many years (student, athlete, teacher, coach), I am very proud to be a full-fledged Spudder. I love this school, the staff, and the students! I love teaching English--a subject that encourages and improves critical and creative thinking, develops communication skills, expresses individuality, and builds community. I love teaching Health--a course that teaches students how to be informed and responsible for living their best physical-mental-social-intellectual life. I love being outdoors, working on home projects, watching the Seahawks, going on adventures, cooking good grub, and mostly, spending time with my two kiddos, my family, and my friends. That's a whole lotta love! Life is busy-busy but good!
