Many Australians hang wreaths on their doors and sing Christmas songs on Christmas Eve.

When Santa gets to Australia, he gives his reindeer a rest and uses six kangaroos, or boomers, to deliver the presents.

The day after Christmas, many people visit friends and family by having picnics on the beach.
