Final Exam

Design a Postage Stamp (90 minutes)

You will create a postage stamp using the following criteria.

You have the entire exam period to complete this assignment.

You must use everything you have learned to complete it properly.

Think back on past assignments and work to the best of your ability.

Criteria:

Size: 3in by 3in at 300 resolution

Must be monochromatic (shades and tints of one color)

Must have some kind of border (select all > modify > border > type desired amount > fill area with color)

Stamp must include: Name of Country and value (i.e. 49¢)

Must show some sort of repetition

Make sure that any Photoshop elements (brushes, layers, filters. Fonts, etc) are used effectively to enhance and not distract from the design.

The design must utilize composition. Remember to choose your font(s), picture carefully because each elements relationship to one another is a vital component of communicating your idea.
