Welcome fellow educators to a grade by grade bank of transition goals and resources. The goals are in line with ODE's Career Advising Activities by Grade Level. The resources are relative to the general grade level but can be differentiated by accessing lower or higher grade levels as necessary.
Although NOT all goals must be achieved at each grade level nor all belong in each student's IEP, the SCOPE AND SEQUENCE provides our district with a systemic approach towards transition planning and provides educators with not only a resource for IEPs but also materials and assessments.
