If you're having trouble accessing the PowerSchool Parent Portal:

Support hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays)
Note: For questions about grades or assignments, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
Elementary Students
If your child’s school-issued device is damaged or not working:
Contact your child’s classroom teacher
The teacher will submit a Helpdesk Ticket for IT support
The IT team will pick up the device from the school
A loaner device will be provided while repairs are made
Middle & High School Students
If your device is damaged or not working:
Go to your school’s library to report the issue
A staff member will submit a Helpdesk Ticket for you
Make sure to include your name, school email, and a detailed description of the issue
A loaner device will be issued while your device is being repaired
