**2012 News and Highlights**

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HVRL CHAMPIONS

The Boys have successfully defended their Hudson Valley Rowing League "B" Championship with a First place finish in the Boys 4, 3rd place finish in the Boys 8 and 4th place finish in the Boys LW 4. Despite a great effort by all the girls finished in second place. The Boys 4 had the best overall time of the day winning the Grand Championship. The Girls 8 had a tremendous Race winning by several seconds over the second place boat from FDR. The Girls 4 was just nosed out by fractions of a secant finishing 4th, but it was a great race by this group in their first varsity race.

Congratulations to the ENTIRE team, lead by our SENIORS, for an outstanding day of racing and a fantastic finish to truly incredible season!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO 2012 JUNIOR BOYS 4+

The Junior Boys 4+ competed at the SRAA Nationals at the Cooper River on Friday and finished 4th in their heat by .9 seconds. The made a great comeback with a tremendous sprint in the last 500 meters but came up just 4 feet short of passing Iona Prep. The boat improved it's time by 30 seconds from the New York State Championship Regatta and finished 10th our of 24 boats in for the day. Congratulations to the boys and like the Brooklyn Dodgers used to say, we'll get them next year!

2012 ROCKLAND COUNTY CHAMPIONS

Congratulations to the 3x Rockland County Champions!

This was a TEAM victory and everyone is to be commended for a strong effort!

2012 NYS EASTERN NYS CLASS "B" CHAMPIONS

CONGRATULATIONS ON WINNING OUR FIRST EVER

EASTERN NEW YORK STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!

CONGRATULATIONS BOYS JUNIOR 4+ AT NYS REGATTA - ON TO NATIONALS

The Boys Junior 4+ came in 2nd Place at the NYSSRA Championships at Saratoga. The boat has earned a birth in the Scholastic Rowing Association of America's National Championship Regatta, May 25-26 at Cooper River. Race schedule is available at Forms, Directions and Attachments page.
