Hang Up and Drive

Connor McAdam and Chloe Dudla created the following video in Mrs. Vartuli's Media Production Class. Students were motivated to create similar videos after Jacy Good spoke to Queensbury High School Juniors and Seniors.

In May 2008, Jacy Good witnessed her parents’ deaths on their ride home from Jacy’s college graduation. The cause of the accident was a cell phone, and a teen driver. While distracted by their phone, the teen caused an accident between himself, Jacy’s family, and a large tractor trailer. After a long time of recovery, this young woman is travelling around the country, sharing her tragic story with law makers and schools. Many kids have been moved and motivated by her story, and they appreciate how it has been “brought to light”.  

Anti-bullying Music Video to Michael Jackson's "Beat It"

This is a follow-up music video that was produced by Mrs. Vartuli's media production class. It's purpose is to encourage Queensbury High School students to use the bullying text hotline.
