Mobile Treatment Service (MTS) is a unique assertive community-based approach to treating mental illness that provides psychiatry, psychotherapy, nursing, and community support services. It is provided to those suffering from severe mental illness and to those who have been unable to stabilize their condition with more traditional office based programs. The goal of MTS is to facilitate recovery to the point where patients no longer need Mobile Treatment and can lead stable and productive lives utilizing more traditional outpatient office-based programs.
Position details:
This position focuses on MTS with some outpatient services as well.
2 opening in our Prince George's Office based in Largo, Maryland.
2 opening in our Sourthern Maryland office based in White Plains, Maryland
Part-time and full-time options
$7,500 Special Compensation Bonus when working 32 hours or more (details below).
Requirements:
Maryland-licensed LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
Behavioral health counseling and therapy experience
Experience providing services in the field (preferred)
Ability to work independently and with a team
In-person and telehealth expectations:
This position is a combination of in-person and telehealth services.
Community-based mobile patients to be seen in-person, in the field, for 1-2 sessions per month.
At least one day per week in the office for intakes/evaluations, outpatients, or other telehealth sessions.

Compensation:
$7,500 Special Compensation Bonus to be split monthly over a year after initial 90 days (when working 32 hours or more per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time; 20-40 hours/week (benefits starting at 32 hours/week)
Pay: Estimated $87,000-$97,000 for full-time
Prorated with part-time schedules
Compensation types: employee or fee-for-service contractors
