Connor Redd was a 4-yr starting Varsity goalkeeper for Pinnacle who graduated in 2008. Connor earned numerous accolades at the district, regional, and state levels, and he also led our soccer program to its first 5A State Championship in 2008.
Connor tragically lost his life in 2010. MCP, which stands for Make Connor Proud, became a mantra for everyone whose lives Connor had touched. The coined “MCP” has been an integral part of the Pinnacle soccer program in remembrance of the high character, dedication, and tremendous play Connor demonstrated as a student-athlete representing Pinnacle High School.
Our highest annual player honor, the MCP Award, is given to the player who most exemplifies three main character traits of leadership, commitment, and positive attitude during the his 4 years of playing soccer for Pinnacle High School.
