* Way to Go KA! We finished all 70 phonograms! We will have no more phonogram tests this year. However...PLEASE DO consider making your own flashcards of the above 70 sounds and continue to practice every other day or once a week orally and/or written over the summer break. The summer slide is REAL!

*Download the Spalding app ($4) on your phone or ipad for your child to practice oral and written phonogram review this school year. (Especially after we learn the 1st 26 sounds)

On Oct. 15, we began our phonogram & spelling tests! Now that we know how to properly write our 26 alphabet letters (and more), it is time to start quizzing. : )

*Practice the above phonograms for Friday’s written quiz by saying the sound(s) that each letter makes while your child practices writing down that phonogram (letter). If you have questions please see Mrs. Holman. : )

I’m happy to help.
