We are pleased to announce Moffett Field's ability to support a limited number of aircraft during the Super Bowl week!
Due to the high volume of aircraft anticipated to arrive during the Super Bowl LX week, a Special Event ramp reservation number is required for all arrivals and departures between Wednesday, February 4, 2016, 0700 through Sunday, February 8, 2026 throughout the San Francisco metropolitan area airports.
To make a reservation at Moffett Federal Airfield, please contact Airfield Operations at 650-386-0677 ext 6, or email AirfieldOps@pv-nuq.com. A nonrefundable security deposit of $7,500 is required to receive your Prior Permission Required (PPR) number. PPR numbers assigned to aircraft are provided to the FAA and are required to receive clearance to land and depart.
Moffett Federal Airfield is assigned 2 arrivals and departures per hour so make your reservation today! We look forward to your visit!

The total event fee is $15,000. To reserve your slot, a non-refundable deposit of $7,500 is required. The deposit will secure your booking and be applied towards the total fee. The deposit must be submitted within 6 hours of requesting a PPR Slot. If it is not received within 6 hours the request may be automatically canceled if we receive another request for that slot time.
Laninding, Ramp and RON Fees will apply. Ramp Fee is waived with a fuel purchase determined by the type of aircraft and minimum quantity of fuel uploaded.
This event fee will be charged to all aircraft arriving or departing Wednesday, February 4th, through Sunday, February 8th. It is a flat fee across the board for all types of aircraft. Aircraft arriving prior to Wednesday, February 4th are required to secure a departure slot.
Time slots for arrivals & departures are set by the FAA. Arriving early or late may result in a significant delay to land.
No special consideration for international departures.
