Break into 8 groups (Preselected according to experience with the programme)
Each group divided into two subgroups A. Educators B. Other
Capture responses to following questions (40 minutes):
1. Where are we now?
2. Where do we want to be by the start of the 2013 school year?
3. What challenges confront us in getting to where we want to be?
Step one : Subgroups come back together into single groups and report back to other half of group (15 minutes)
Step two : groups report back to the whole (30 minutes)

Divide into home groups : 9 x schools; MET; Hackers and technical; Others (welcome to break up further)
Capture responses to :
What does a settled, embedded Manaiakalani programme look and feel like? How will our school/Trust/ organisation/group etc look and feel when the programme is fully embedded?
