Purpose

To bring together members of the Manaiakalani programme to :

• share and consolidate work and achievements to date across all Programme workstreams

• identify short and longer term goals

• identify challenges and what is needed to overcome these

• discuss and define the Programme’s strategic direction

Background

With the Manaiakalani programme now attracting national attention, many others are interested in learning about and applying our method and learnings. But before we can be confident in sharing our methodologies and tools beyond Tamaki, we must consolidate our achievements to date and ensure we understand and agree the key components for success.
