The Office of the University and Board Secretary is a linchpin and main channel of communication between the University's highest governing body and University's Officials, faculty, staff, and students.

To ensure that the line of communication between these groups is kept free from unnecessary chokepoints, this site and its contents shall provide its users a tool and virtual place to obtain relevant, and timely information about the Board's decisions, and activities.

Specifically, the website provides the following:
