Reba P received her ME degree in Communication Systems from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India in 2009. She completed her PhD from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2019. The title of her thesis was “ Antenna Selection and Adaptive Power Allocation Strategies for underlay Spectrum Sharing in MIMO Cognitive Radio Systems.”
She has been part of the teaching fraternity since 2009 and from December 2016, she has been with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, PSG iTech, Coimbatore, where she is currently an Associate Professor.
Her research interests are in the area of wireless communication theory and signal processing, with main focus on design and analysis of energy- and spectrum-efficient system models for 5G and Beyond 5G wireless communications, Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS), Device-to-Device Communication, Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer, mmWave Massive MIMO, Cognitive Radio.
She has published multiple papers in high impacted journal/conference like IET signal processing, Wireless personal communication, INDICOM & IEEE World 5G forum. And she is a recipient of summer faculty research fellowship from IIT Delhi.
She serves as a reviewer for ETRI, Wireless Personal Communication and IET signal processing journals.
She is passionate about teaching and participates in educational research. She has presented papers related to education research at conferences organized by IUCEE.
