Training Policies
You must request training from your Account Manager or the Training team to get approved into a training class.
By signing up for the any class hosted by the training program, you may incur a training fee. Please refer to your contract with Proxibid or contact your Account Manager with questions.
The event you are training for must be on file with Proxibid to request Training.
If other roles prevent you from taking a scheduled Part 1 or Part 2, follow the steps below to request custom session.
Part 1 & Part 2 Proxibid Application Training CANNOT be taken in the same day, due to the practice required in between sessions.
Mobile devices and tablets are not supported for any training class.

Part 1: Proxibid Application Training Overview

Description: This class is designed to help introduce and train new Software Operators; or Software Operators who haven't run the application in a year or more, on the Proxibid Auctioneer and Bidder applications. We will look at the way bidders interact with your company during your event followed by the basic functions, settings and process of running your events with the Proxibid Auctioneer Application.
Requirements: To successfully take the Part 1 class, you will need:
Computer (no tablets/mobiles) with stable internet access
Phone or Headset
Quiet space to attend class
Part 2: Proxibid Application Training Hands-on Testing
Part 2: Proxibid Application Training Hands-on Testing
Duration: 90 - 100 min Class Limit: 5
Description: Proxibid's Part 2 Training Session is for individuals who have completed the Part 1 Training Class and have practiced on or ran the Auctioneer Application. This class will take you through a "day-of" auction scenario. It will go over launching & pre-auction set up, group lots, messaging, closing, reconciling, & invoicing. It will also go over several practice lots to make sure that you are comfortable running the application. At the end of this class there is a test.
Requirements: To successfully take the Part 2 class, you will need:
Successful completion of Demo Auction
Demo Auction relaunched prior to or after entering class
Computer with stable internet access - Tablets not allowed
Headset or Phone with speaker
Quiet space to attend class

Description: Proxibid's Application Refresh and Advanced Techniques Training Session is for certified Proxibid operators who have run the software in the past and need a quick refresher or want to review a skill in depth. These are a great option for those who are looking for details on growing your skills as an operator.
Custom Class
Custom Class
Duration: As needed; determined with Training team
Description: We understand that sometimes the schedule will not work. Custom courses can be scheduled with the approval of your Account Manager and Training Team. If you find yourself needing a custom class, contact your account manager or training@proxibid.com with what is stopping you and when you would be available for a session with a trainer. Individual custom requests could be combined into one class session for ease of scheduling.
