Your computer may indicate that the activation code for the SMART software has expired. Click Here and complete the following steps to correct the problem.

If you SMART board does not respond properly, reinstall the SMART software from the SMART website.

Find the activation key From the Ed Tech Public folder using these steps within the District's network.

The Key will be located in the "Smart IWB Installers and Resources" folder.

Correcting the SMART Activation issue

When this screen appears, Click on the "Enter License" button.

Click on the listed serial number, then click "Manage Selected Product Key" button

Select the first option, "Repair the product...", then click "Next".

Select the first option, "Submit request automatically.." then select "Next"

A dialogue box will confirm the activation, click "OK"

Click "Finish"

Click "OK"
