1st Year Instrumental Music Enrollment Form SY 2024

Save a tree & sign up for Instrumental Music here!  This form is for those musicians who are NEW to an instrument.  All students returning on the same instrument as last year, please use the 2nd Year Enrollment Form.  It is essential that the instrument be in good playing condition.  If you are not renting the instrument from a music store, please take the instrument to one of the local music stores and have it checked out to see if it is in good working condition prior to our start date.  All First-year musicians will begin classes the week of October 9, 2023!
