HMI Data Logging

CFR 21 part 11 requires strict control of the Database. Wonderware uses Microsoft SQL Server to store data. In order to comply and provide the greatest amount of process uptime the following model is recommended.

(This is the same model Oracle Uses)

1. Redundant Virtual enviroments for quick failover.

2. Storage Array for Realtime Data Replication.

3. Dell Hardware and Equalgic SAN implementation.

OLDI tManager Module

The tManager card inserts directly into the Contrologix Rack and logs critical data. If the network or Database Server cause data loss, The OLDi module will store and forward data for extra resiliency.
