PE MAKE UPS
- Physical Education is a participatory class; therefore it is important students attend regularly
- PE instructional minutes are mandated by the State of California - therefore missed classes must be made up in order to receive credit (we can not give credit for work that is not done)
- PE/Makeup credit will not be given for extracurricular activities, athletics, sports, practices, etc.
- After an absence, it is the student's responsibility to contact the teacher to find out what assignments need to be made up
- You usually can do PE makeups before an absence, but it's best to check in with your PE teacher first
- Usually 1 missed A/B day class will require 1 PE Make Up
- Usually 1 missed C day or 0 period will require 1/2 Class PE Make Up
- However for any absence the student should always check in with their PE teacher to find out exactly what they need to make up
- Visit your PE Google Classroom for the At Home PE Make Up Assignment
- Makeup work must be completed by the end of each grading period (unless previously arranged with the teacher)
- Non-dresses can not be made up
