The Rustic Pathways Foundation is now accepting applications for the 6th cycle of the Climate Leaders Fellowship! This is a fantastic, free opportunity for students to make a real difference in their communities and reduce the impact of climate change.

Not only will participating in the Fellowship help your students make a positive impact on the community and environment, but it will also give them an edge when applying for colleges, employers, and scholarships. Plus, the work they do for the Fellowship counts as community service hours towards the Presidential Volunteer Service Award!

Check out guest posts, articles, media features and videos of past students' work here.

To learn more, and students ages 14-18 can apply here: https://rusticpathways.com/young-climate-leaders-fellowship

SATELLITE Camp at NCSU

Our 2024 program will run from May 18th - 22nd. Our application encourages two letters of recommendation ( however are not required ) and a few short essays pertaining to the student’s interest in the field of STEM and college exposure. Due to the nature of the program, we do not consider a student’s academic success when reviewing applications, we are looking only for a student’s desire to maximize their experience at SATELLITE and hone their curiosity. The deadline to apply is March 8th, 2024. If accepted, there will be a $25 registration fee, but a number of need-based scholarships and financial assistance opportunities are available upon request.

Attached is the 2024 SATELLITE flyer, go.ncsu.edu/apply-satellite!

You can also check out our website at go.ncsu.edu/satellite-camp.
