The materials required to provide this training are below. You can watch the on-line training (75-90 minutes long) to prepare you to deliver the training.

***We recommend downloading all documents below to your computer as Powerpoint, Word, or Excel files rather than trying to use them as google documents -- also some of the files are rather large so they may take a little time to download
