PDLA uses the method that works in the situation and has experience of working with Agile, Project management, CMMI, ITIL, ISO9000, and so on.

Some methods are secret but can be adopted to your organization to be part of your trade secret.

Improving is simple!

How to make it happen in an organization can be a challenge. This can be simplified by use of our basic rules and some of the tools we have adopted or developed.

The main steps can be:

1. Make sure everyone can see what needs to be improved

2. Everyone gets training in how to improve their own work.

3. Leaders encourage the improvement work.

4. Improvement becomes part of everyday life.

Our way of working includes using many proven methods like Lean, Scrum, TWI, Agile, CMMI, BPR, if it works we use it. But all methods needs to be adopted to your organization to be useful.
