Parent Portal (Middle & High School)

The Pawling Central School District is offering a service that provides our middle and high school parents the benefit of password-protected, on-line access to student’s individual assignment grades, demographics, attendance, schedules, progress reports and report cards. This project improves communications to parents about student achievement. The SchoolTool Parent Portal is currently active to those parents participating in the program. Parents who did not join the program last year will have the opportunity to register during Open House. If you wish to change your password, the password you choose must contain at least 8 characters, contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number.

How to Reset Your Parent Portal Password

Parents can reset their password using the portal login screen. If you have had computer problems or cannot remember your password, please follow the procedure below to reset your password:

  • Enter your username (the email address you provided to us when you signed up)
  • Enter your password (any password)
  • Press "login"
  • A message will appear "new user or forgot password?" (under login)
  • Press this message and a new screen will appear asking you to enter your username (your email address)
  • Enter your email address

A message will appear stating "the new temporary password will be emailed to you"

**This will not work if you attempt to enter your password more than 5 times. You will get locked out and the reset link will not appear. **
