Technology Department
Mission
The technology department provides a roadmap to facilitate the efficacy of curriculum & learning, as well to serve as a guide for the acquisition of technical tools & budgeting. The district technology plan provides implementation strategies for integrating technology into curriculum areas.
Our Role
District policies and procedures reflect a solid understanding of the essential role of technology in the education of all students. The district ensures that technology-based tools, resources, and supports are equitably available for all students and staff and that the district’s technology infrastructure is driven by the teaching and learning needs of the district’s students and staff. The infrastructure is designed and implemented and continually assessed to serve the needs of individuals for flexible, powerful, and user-friendly technology tools, systems, and resources.
Device Assistance
Students in selective grades may have a district supplied device. We understand that not all students have the same level of access to technology at home. If you do not have internet connectivity (WiFi), or you feel that your child does not have a suitable device, please contact your child’s teacher or principal immediately by email.
