E-Work does not stand for Extra Work, but Exemplary Work. It should show that students understand the learning target at a deeper level than what is expected. I have one opportunity for E-Work for every learning target. I create E-Work assignments, but students can always propose their own idea for an E-Work assignment that demonstrates their deep knowledge of the learning target.
